During these challenging times it is vital to take some time out to relax – it is essential for your wellbeing, in particular, mental wellbeing. Kindness strengthens relationships, develops community and deepens solidarity, but it is also vital to be kind to yourself, as well as others. πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦ Kindess has never been more at the fore with untold household heroes and individuals fundraising to support the NHS and their local communities – just take Captain Tom Moore for example who has taken the world by storm, raising over Β£32 million walking lengths of his garden every day at the grand old age of 100. Incredible! 🌈
